I have watched car park access and safety video fully, and I understand the procedure of entering and exiting the City Square car park safely on foot or by car.
I understand that during the out of hours car park is not manned, and I am accessing the car park on my own risk. The Company its servants and agents shall not be liable in respect of any loss or mis-delivery of or damage to the vehicle howsoever the same may be caused.
I understand that The Company, its servants and agents shall not be liable in respect of death or personal injury sustained by the entrant howsoever the same may be caused.
I understand that when accessing car park out of hours, it is my responsibility to ensure that car park shutters close safely, and no unauthorized persons enter the building.
I understand that parts of the car park are alarmed, and Out of Hours access is permitted to the car park zones A and B only. Attempts to access another car park zones, may set off the alarm and security personnel attendance fees may apply.
I understand that I am not permitted to access the car park out of hours for any reason, other than parking or removing my registered vehicle from the car park.
Any issues with your Granville Top Up card or Out of Hours access, must be reported to the Granville Hotel management.

I understand that Granville Top Up Card holder shall not be entitled to transfer the membership or any part of it to another user / person unless he/she has ipairc’s express written consent.
I understand that I MUST be in possession of my Granville Top Up Card to avail of the special price it entitles me to, otherwise normal tariff will apply.
I understand that my Granville Top Up card has an anti-pass back element programmed. This means that the access card will only operate to allow exit when the preceding use of the card has been to enter. Conversely, it will only allow entry when the preceding use has been to exit.
I understand that I must ensure that my Granville Top Up card has sufficient amount of account balance to exit the car park. Online top up may take up to 24 hours to appear on your Top Up card account balance.
The car park is subject to our current terms and conditions of parking, a copy of which is available on our website www.ipairc.ie.
